Payroll & HR

This will enable the enterprise to reduce the time spent on non-productive and non-revenue generating work

The Payroll and HR module will automate the HR and payroll of the enterprise. The module automates the management of time keeping, Organization hierarchy, Organization setup etc.

The package also automates the Form-16 for IT purposes of Employees. This package can help you reduce the overhead of payroll employees and will increase the visibility of payroll expenses.

Statutory Reports and Recurring informational reports such as ESI, PF and TCS (Tax collected at Source) are available as a part of the package. This will enable the enterprise to reduce the time spent on non-productive and non-revenue generating work. Accordingly, precious resources of the enterprise can be reallocated to revenue stream thereby improving the bottom line and increasing the top of the line growth.

Analytics for Management

Analysis that gives Customer wise sales details and Customer payment history. Ability to grade Customers based on the payment history.

Aged stocks Analysis

This report will identify old stocks to aid in decisions relating to their quick disposal.

Batch

Related stock reports like Batch-wise reports and expiry date based details will enable stock control to be exercised to the level of batches.

Re-order

Levels and minimum & maximum inventory quantities. Be on top of your stocks order position with the comprehensive Order Status reports. Specify reorder levels in absolute quantities or based on previous consumption.

Item Life Cycle management

Production (Shop floor) management lets you handle your shop floor management. This includes the manufacturing (Made To Order) and process driven units. Production Management lets you plan your Job Orders based on the Customer demand. Job Orders are also created out of the Lead Time and Min and Max Inventory Levels.

This helps the SME Organization to increase the manufacturing process visibility. This will also increase the Organization ability to move towards the Just In Time (JIT) processing for an SME. The Job Orders have multi depth BOM requisition and assemble capabilities thereby increasing the planning and control function of the shop floor.

Quality Assurance of each product (produced and soured) is available through the Item/Product Properties mode. Any product, item inherits the properties of its parent product group. This enables the user to maintain the product property values and the allowed ranges of values for passing QA. This helps in keeping track of the batches of production items. It increases the accountability and also increases the QA processes of the Organization thereby allowing the organization to cut the production wastage and increase the Customer Satisfaction.

Inbound RMA and outbound RMA are integrated with the Purchasing and Sales and also with the Account Payables and Account Receivables so that data management is made easier.
